Dior has recently opened it’s largest boutique in the world in Gangnam, Seoul and inside is the home of Café Dior. French Architect, Christian de Portzamparc found inspiration in Dior’s couturiers and fabrics when it came to the design of the building.
“This white softness is like the couturier’s toile when he’s at work. It has a sense of movement that plays with light. This sculptural suppleness was my starting point.” – Christian de Portzamparc
Inside this spectacular new boutique lays an all-glass walled café, Café Dior with chef extraordinaire, Pierre Hermé. Hermé developed a very exclusive menu for Dior’s new café with pastries and beverages one would dream of enjoying on a Sunday morning.
What more can one ask for as food and fashion is a match in heaven.
