The nursing profession is the largest segment of the U.S. workforce, representing three million members. A million more registered nurses are needed by the end of 2016 if all essential healthcare changes are to be provided for.
If you are bored of your current career, now is an excellent to train to be a nurse administrator. There are some great RN to MSN programs for registered nurses, but if you are not yet in the healthcare sector now is a good time to make that move. As the infographic reminds us, 60% of all deaths worldwide are caused by chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. So take control of your future and make a difference!
